I am aware that my thinking—my past—is as an alcoholic, but I am sober now— living in Discovery: understanding my suffering and the choiceless awareness of “being” neither addicted nor sober—just being aware.

My path from addiction to sobriety has been a transformative one, marked by moments of profound clarity and understanding.

But beyond my personal journey, I want to share the Love I uncover along the way that can awaken our original innocence—the creative divinity within us—NOW.

This website is a space for us to open our hearts, to Love ourself again, and grow the mental strength to explore the uncharted territory of unraveling consciousness and knowing our minds: the ability to stay aware of what the mind thinks it is doing, that ends the illusion of being isolated in time and space, disconnected from the extraordinary, naturally happening in every ordinary moment of life.
