My still awakening was a silent revelation in the thoughtless present moment—when I hit bottom in my addiction and witnessed a glimmer of the Light of Awareness. Still awakening is the quiet remembering that‘I am’ is not my body-mind, and that the silence is not empty but a mindless presence that reveals the unspeakable—what lies beyond my body-mind—a silent knowing of the truth. That the projections of the universal source of vibrational Light energy—Love—flowing through my evolved heart and brain can be unconsciously influenced by my inherited physical epigenetics and my mentally hard-wired past experiences, from which the body-mind creates this imaginary world. The temporary existence of life and death that appear as real, but are only an illusion of limited time-space consciousness.

No matter how chaotic this limited world around me, and my mental suffering, or emotional and physical pain, I can find spiritual, soulful peace, gratitude, and Love in the unified, whole, purely divine reality that I am—beyond my separate and conditioned mind and body. I only have to wake up and remember the truth: that the illusion of my individual consciousness—I am—is the silent, meditative gateway to eternal, infinite, all-knowing Awareness.

Once witnessed, that momentary glimpse of the Light of Awareness can never be forgotten. The enslaved body-mind may relapse, from its past conditioning, into the imaginary world—through denial—for the comfort of what it already knows and believes is real. But having been exposed to the truth, the mind will forever be Aware: mindful of the shame, apathy, fear, and anger—the negative levels of its consciousness—which can cover up the positive, transformational levels of courage, acceptance, peace, and Love that empowers us to let go of the known, the self-ego, and reveal our true Self-Awareness—to end a life of slavery, addicted to a world of illusions. So, Wake Up and Stay Aware of what is always Now: the silence that reveals true Freedom!
